This section sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the parents and students participating in the June 2025 Discount Special Offer.
- By enrolling under the June 2025 Discount Special Offer with Promo Code in a Kumon Study Centre, the parent is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The June 2025 Discount Special with Promo Code (JDS with Promo Code) is a waiver of a portion of the once off enrolment / registration fee that is applicable once a child commences their Kumon Study.
- The discount referred to in (2) above is only applicable if the Promo Code KDM2025 is quoted to the Instructor / enrolling agent. Should the Promo Code not be provided by the enrolling party, the Instructor / enrolling agent / Centre staff are not obliged to offer the discount. The Promo Code is advertised on the Kumon website (www.kumon.co.bw) and on the individual microsites of participating Centres, on Kumon SA’s Facebook and Instagram pages and on advertising conducted by the local Kumon Centres.
- The value/amount of the discount varies from Centre to Centre according to Kumon in-house franchise operational requirements. The value/amount of the discount offered by the Centre at which the parent is enrolling their child is the discount on offer i.e. the discount offered by another Centre (if a different amount) cannot be requested / insisted upon from the Centre of enrolment.
- The JDS with Promo Code will be available from 21 May to 30 June 2025 2025 inclusive. In order to qualify for the JDS with Promo Code the child must be registered within these dates.

- Neither Kumon Associates nor Instructors will tolerate aggressive, abusive or disruptive behaviour. In the event that a child or parent behaves in an unacceptable manner, they will be asked to leave the study centre and the child will be taken out of the study centre and refused future access to the study centre.
- Complaints shall be raised directly with the Instructor.
- Any dispute or claims arising out of, or in connection with, these terms and conditions, subject matter or formation, (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
